1 The role and principles

The basic principles of vibration screening is installed under the hammer motor shaft (unbalanced hammer), let the motor rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, inclined three per exercise, then this movement passes to the screen surface. Adjusting the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer of the phase angle, it can change the material in the sieve surface trajectory.

2 Characteristics

(3) Mesh is not blocked, no powder flying, can be screened to 500 mesh or 0.028mm.

(6) Small size,little space and easy to move.

(7) Sieving machines can reach 5 layers, it is recommended to use 3 layers.

3  Application Range

1.Size classification :separation of particles into groups of comparable size from the materials.  

2.Gravity filtering:removal of solids from liquids and slurries.

3.Product reclamation:removal of the solids from waste product or clarification of waste liquor for further use.

4.Screening :separation of a few oversize particles from a quantity of materials.

5.Liquid cleaning:cleaning of wastewater or remobving the solids from recirculating liquid
